The Details

Clicking a PayPal "buy" button opens a new page - the PayPal shopping cart form - and might trigger your "pop-up" preventer. If this happens, please allow the pop-up.

At the checkout, PayPal or 2CO will show you which credit cards are acceptable and offer payment options in major currencies. If you are unfamiliar with buying online, we recommend you first pretend to make a purchase by clicking on a "buy" button and going to the checkout to familiarize yourself with these options and the information you will need to enter to make a purchase. Nothing bad happens if you then press your back button (2CO) or close the PayPal checkout window.

If you use PayPal, you will be offered a download link to your picture immediately after payment. Whether you use PayPal or 2CO, you will also receive a link in an email. Just click on the link or copy and paste it into your browser address window, and download and save your map on your computer. The email is entitled "Order Info" and is sent from support@avalon-download-maps.com to the email address you enter at the PayPal or 2CO checkout.

If you use PayPal, the email link is sent immediately after payment. If you use 2CO, you will normally receive the link within 24 hours. The link stays "live" for 48 hours, so you don't have to download your purchase straight away. Please excuse the impersonality of the email - "Dear Customer" - but our automated delivery system allows us to keep prices down and delivery times short.

If you have a dial-up connection, downloading will take about 5 minutes per MB, so downloading a typical 4 MB file will take about 20 minutes. Downloading speed might be a bit faster outside office hours in your local area. If you have a broadband connection, downloading will of course be much faster.

If you have a downloading problem, contact us at support@avalon-download-pictures.com. Please quote your picture number, transaction ID and date. The transaction ID is the alphanumeric download link in our "Order Info" email to you.

If you have paid for your picture, you will get it, even if we have to send it as an email attachment!
